The practice of Meditation gives us better health, more relaxation, less stress and if we are persistent a deep and profound experience of inner peace.

Meditation in essence is a threefold experience of life both inner and outer to yourself. The first stage encompasses relaxation of your body and a gradual quieting of the mind. The second stage being the art of concentration and the ability to hold your focus on one thing, task or activity to the exclusion of all other things. And thirdly being the art of contemplation whereby one can perceive in depth the breadth, depth and scope of the object of your meditation. The essential experience of meditation cultivating an understanding of the connectiveness of life rather than a seperateness of living. The practice of meditation gives a person the experience of the expansion of their own consciousness and awareness, which over time allows us to bear witness to an undeniable truth that we are all connected.
